About
At Paripoornam, we believe every fabric has a story waiting for a second chapter. As part of Poornam Ecovision Foundation, our mission is to upcycle donated clothes and transform them into purposeful creations that promote sustainability, reduce textile waste, and foster a culture of mindful living. But we don’t stop there. Paripoornam is more than just an upcycling initiative—it’s a community-driven movement. We invite passionate individuals to join us as volunteers, where you can lend a hand in sorting clothes, assisting at events, or sharing your unique skills. Through our workshops, we empower people with creative and practical knowledge about upcycling and sustainable living. Whether it’s learning to breathe new life into old fabrics or exploring eco-friendly practices, there’s something for everyone to discover and contribute. We also collaborate with like-minded organizations, designers, and businesses to amplify our impact and collectively work toward a greener future. At Paripoornam, every stitch is a step toward environmental harmony. By supporting our cause, participating in our programs, or simply choosing our upcycled products, you become part of a transformative journey—one that’s as kind to the planet as it is inspiring for the people who share it. Together, let’s create, collaborate, and care for the Earth—one thread at a time.

Our Process

Collection
We gather fabric waste from various sources, including donations and textile industry remnants.

Segregation
The collected fabric is meticulously sorted into six categories based on material type, quality, and potential for upcycling.

Cleaning
Each fabric piece undergoes thorough washing to ensure hygiene and prepare it for the upcycling process.

Training
We provide comprehensive training programs for underprivileged women, teaching them the skills needed to upcycle these fabrics into marketable products.

Production
The trained artisans craft a variety of products, such as bags, pouches, and home accessories, promoting sustainability and creativity.

Distribution
The finished products are marketed and sold, with proceeds supporting the artisans and furthering our mission of environmental sustainability.
